Refund and Returns Policy

At Mechanical Keybo, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you up to 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to process the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For certain health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if you change your mind. These will be clearly listed on the product page. If you have any concerns about a particular product, feel free to reach out. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
